Getting Rich Slowly, Welcome to a Different Pace of Life

Eating Well and Frugally

You don’t have to buy expensive food to eat well.

The best foods are the ones that your body thrives on.  So cut processed foods out of your diet.

Only buy ingredients not meals.

Make sure you eat plenty of organic and plant based meals.  This means eating lots of vegetables and fruits and salads.

Have simple meals like jacket potato and baked beans, stir-fried vegetables and brown rice or a salad sandwich made with whole meal/multi-grain organic bread.

These foods will fill you up without fattening you up.

And best of all, they’ll make you feel great.
